Sound familiar?

Most men assume this is simply how they're built. Some are "naturally good at it", the rest just have to live with it.

It isn't true. Lasting longer is a skill, and like any physical skill it can be learnt.

The idea behind the programme

Two things you've always thought were one.

Orgasm

A whole-body event

A racing heart, muscle contractions, a wave of pleasure, a feeling of release.

Ejaculation

A genital reflex

The expulsion of semen, controlled in part by a muscle almost nobody trains.

They almost always happen together, but they can be separated. Learn to tell them apart, train the right muscle, and you choose when the evening ends, not your reflexes.

The guide teaches you to read your arousal on a 1–10 scale, down to half-levels. The whole method turns on one number: 9.9, the point of no return.

What's inside

Eight steps, each with a clear milestone.

1

Wake up the PC muscle

Find and train the muscle that acts as your brake. Three weeks, a few minutes a day.

2

Learn to feel

Swap performance anxiety for attention, using the sensate focus approach from sex therapy.

3

Map your arousal

Learn to place yourself precisely on the 1–10 scale, at every moment.

4

Brake with the PC

Slow your arousal down without stopping what you're doing.

5

Hold a plateau

Four levers to stay at a high level for minutes rather than seconds.

6

Slow motion

Discover the window between "it's coming" and the reflex itself.

7

Orgasm without ejaculation

Two approaches, step by step, to keep your erection and carry on.

8

Consolidate

Lengthen the gap, aim for a third orgasm, and find your own style.

Part 2 · What you need to understand

The point of no return

This is the instant you tip over: orgasm becomes inevitable. Most men believe nothing can be done at this stage.

The programme teaches you that you still have room to manoeuvre, provided you have a trained muscle and a fine awareness of that moment.

Step 5 · Hold a plateau

The four plateau levers

BreathFast, almost panting breaths to go up. Slow, deep breaths to come down.
PCRelease to go up. Contract, several times, to come down.
RhythmSpeed up to go up. Slow down to come down.
AttentionFocus on the most stimulated area to go up, and shift it to come down.
Plus three exercises to combine them, solo or with a partner
Step 7 · Your first orgasm without ejaculation

The key move

At the point of no return, four simultaneous actions:

  1. Maximum PC contraction, held for 5 to 10 seconds;
  2. A very deep breath in;
  3. Eyes open: most men close their eyes as orgasm approaches. Opening them is part of the technique, and it's the step most often forgotten;
  4. Stop moving, or keep going, depending on the approach…
Continues with the direct approach, the sprint method and micro-levels
Part 7 · For your partner

The golden rule

You are neither a spectator nor a training tool. This programme only works if you enjoy it too.

When he stops, you stop too. Immediately. Even when it's hard.

Is it for you?

Honest about who it suits.

It's for you if

  • you'd like more control over when you finish;
  • you're willing to practise a few minutes a day, then once or twice a week;
  • you want to learn alone, with a partner, or a bit of both;
  • you want a method rather than a trick.

It's not for you if

  • you're looking for a quick fix for tonight;
  • you have erectile difficulties, pain, or always ejaculate before any penetration: please see your GP first;
  • you have a heart condition and haven't checked with a doctor.

Questions

Before you buy.

Do I need a partner?

No. Most exercises come in a solo version and a partnered version. Many men learn alone first, then bring the skills into their relationship.

How long does it take?

The sample schedule runs over 12 weeks. Some men go faster, others take four or five months. Each step ends with a milestone, so you always know whether you're ready to move on.

Will it work for me?

No guide can promise that. What it does give you is a structured, progressive method and clear markers of progress. It assumes your basic sexual function is normal; if it isn't, start with your GP.

How do I receive it?

As a PDF you can download straight after purchase and read on your phone, tablet or computer. The progress log pages are designed to be printed.

Is it explicit?

It's frank and practical, written as sex education for adults. No images, no pornography: clear explanations and exercises.
